💰Cleaning Prices

If you rate the cleanliness of your home on a scale from one to ten — with one being the dirtiest — anything below a six will likely require an initial deep cleaning.

On our first visit, we typically perform a deep cleaning, as it’s a more intensive and detailed service compared to regular cleaning.

Once the initial deep cleaning is complete, we can continue with one of our regularly scheduled cleaning services to maintain your home’s fresh and spotless condition.

✅ Bed Sheet Changing — £5 per bed
✅ Cleaning Inside Fridges & Freezers —£40. Please ensure freezers are fully defrosted before the cleaning date
✅ Cleaning Inside Washing Machine or Dishwasher — £20 per appliance
✅ Oven Cleaning — from £70
✅ Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning — (price provided upon request)
✅ Window Cleaning (Inside & Frames) — included only with deep cleans, end of tenancy, or post-construction cleaning
✅ Conservatory Windows & Frames (Inside) —charged separately for any cleaning services
✅ Wall Cleaning — charged separately for any cleaning services

📝 Terms & Conditions

By accepting this quotation and agreeing to services provided by Magic Bee Cleaning, the client accepts the following general terms and conditions:

✅ Pricing & Charges

Clients are charged per job/property, not by the number of hours the cleaning team spends at the property.
Cleaning prices vary depending on the size of the property, its condition, the specific areas to be cleaned, and travel time.
An initial (first-time) cleaning is charged at a higher rate, as it typically requires additional time and effort if the home has not been professionally cleaned recently or needs extensive work.
All quotes include insurance, cleaning materials, and any equipment required for the job.

✅ Minimum Charges

Weekly Cleaning → £60 minimum
Fortnightly Cleaning → £70 minimum
One-Off Cleaning → £100 minimum

💳 Payment Policy

Payment is normally collected on the day of the cleaning, unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Our team members can collect payment during each visit.
For one-off services — including deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, or carpet cleaning — we only accept cash payments.
For regular cleaning services, payment is accepted by cash or standing order, but must be made on the same day as the cleaning.
Bank transfers or card payments are also accepted; however, please note that a 3% additional charge applies for payments made via card (POS).

❗Cancellation Policy (By the Client)

To ensure we can properly schedule and allocate our cleaning teams, we plan jobs up to two weeks in advance.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 2 days’ notice for any cancellations.

If less than 2 days’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cleaning charge for the cancelled service will apply.

🛠 Breakage / Accidents

Magic Bee Cleaning holds full employee and employer liability insurance.
If any breakage or accident occurs during a cleaning visit, you must notify Magic Bee Cleaning within 24 hours for the claim to be considered.
We will arrange replacement or compensation directly with you. Please note: receipts for replacement items will be required for our insurance company to process any claim.

⚠ Health & Safety

The health and safety of our cleaning teams is a top priority. We kindly ask that you help ensure a safe environment when they are in your home.

Please spend a few minutes tidying areas where necessary so the team can focus entirely on cleaning.
Inform us of any potential hazards in your home, such as loose shelves, unstable surfaces, pets, or previously damaged items, to help minimize the risk of accidents.

🧽 Regular Cleaning

Regular cleaning is the routine maintenance most people do daily or weekly to keep their home fresh and tidy.

Our regular cleaning service includes:
✅ Dusting all surfaces
✅ Vacuuming and mopping floors
✅ Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, etc.)
✅ Wiping down kitchen worktops and the outside of cupboards
✅ Emptying household bins

This service helps maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and keeps your home feeling fresh and welcoming.

🛁 Deep Cleaning

Our deep cleaning service includes everything covered in regular cleaning, plus extra detailed work to bring your home to a sparkling, refreshed state.

Deep cleaning tasks include:
✅ Scrubbing toilets thoroughly
✅ Wiping bathroom cabinets (outside)
✅ Giving extra attention to shower doors and tiles
✅ Wiping down appliances
✅ Cleaning skirting boards and corners
✅ Cleaning light switches and door handles
✅ Dusting or cleaning blinds
✅ Cleaning windows (inside) and wiping down window frames
✅ Removing all cobwebs from ceilings
✅ Dusting ceiling fans (if accessible)
✅ Hoovering under beds and behind furniture (where accessible)

🚚 End of Tenancy Cleaning

Our end of tenancy cleaning service is designed specifically for people moving out and wanting to secure the return of their deposit. We understand how important reliable, high-quality results are for both tenants and landlords.

This service includes everything from our Deep Cleaning package, plus:
✅ Cleaning inside all cabinets and drawers
✅ Cleaning inside all cupboards
