Deep Cleaning
A thorough clean covering everything in our regular cleaning service, plus heavy limescale removal, skirting boards, doors, light switches, bathroom tiles, interior windows and frames, and hard-to-reach areas.
After Building
A thorough clean following building or renovation work. We remove construction dust and clean floors, surfaces, windows, frames, kitchens and bathrooms, leaving your property fresh and ready to use.
End of Tenancy
A complete property clean covering everything in our deep cleaning service, plus the inside of cupboards, cabinets and drawers. Ideal for tenants moving out and landlords preparing for new occupants.
Additional Services
We also offer oven cleaning, fridge and freezer interiors, washing machines, dishwashers, bed linen changing, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. Additional charges apply.
Cleaning Prices
Additional Services & Important Information
Appliance Cleaning: Single oven £75, double oven £100, washing machine £20, dishwasher £20, fridge/freezer £40.
Extras: Bed linen changing £5 per bed. Conservatory interior windows and frames are quoted separately.
Please Note: An initial deep clean may be recommended for properties requiring extra attention.
Minimum Charges: Weekly £60, fortnightly £70, one-off £100.
Cancellation Policy: At least 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Property Access & Safety
Please ensure your property is accessible and safe for our cleaning team. We ask customers to report any hazards, damaged items or unstable surfaces before cleaning.
Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours. We will investigate and arrange appropriate compensation or replacement where responsibility is established.
