💰Cleaning Prices
If your home has not been cleaned for some time or needs more attention than a regular clean, the first visit may need to be a deep clean.
Regular cleaning can then be arranged afterwards.

✅ Pricing & Charges

We charge per job and property, not by the hour.

Prices depend on the size and condition of the property, the areas to be cleaned, and travel time.

First-time cleans are charged at a higher rate, as they often require more time and work.

All quotes include insurance, cleaning products, and equipment.
✅ Minimum Charges

Weekly Cleaning → £60 minimum

Fortnightly Cleaning → £70 minimum

One-Off Cleaning → £100 minimum
💳 Payment Policy

Payment is due on the day of cleaning, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

One-off services, including deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and carpet cleaning, are cash only.

Regular cleaning can be paid by cash or standing order on the same day.
❗Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 2 days’ notice for cancellations, as jobs are planned up to 2 weeks in advance.
If less than 2 days’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will apply.

🛠 Breakage / Accidents
Magic Bee Cleaning holds full employee and employer liability insurance.
Any breakage or accident must be reported within 24 hours for a claim to be considered. We will arrange replacement or compensation directly with you. Please keep any receipts, as these will be required by our insurer.
⚠ Health & Safety
Please make sure your home is safe for our cleaning team to work in. Tidy areas where needed so the team can focus on cleaning. Please let us know about any hazards, including loose shelves, unstable surfaces, pets, or damaged items.

Regular cleaning is the routine maintenance most people do daily or weekly to keep their home fresh and tidy.
Our regular cleaning service includes:
✅ Dusting all surfaces
✅ Vacuuming and mopping floors
✅ Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, etc.)
✅ Wiping down kitchen worktops and the outside of cupboards
✅ Emptying household bins
This service helps maintain a consistently high level of cleanliness and keeps your home feeling fresh and welcoming.

Our deep cleaning service includes everything covered in regular cleaning, plus extra detailed work to bring your home to a sparkling, refreshed state.
Deep cleaning tasks include:
