Cleaning Prices

If you rate the cleanliness of your home from one to 10, with one being the dirtiest, anything below a six absolutely requires an initial deep

cleaning. Usually, on our first visit we will most likely have to complete a deep cleaning. It is a far more intensive cleaning that our regular cleaning.

After first deep cleaning we will continue with one of our regularly scheduled cleaning.

Additional Services :

Additional Services are carried out at an additional cost:

  • Bed Sheet changing - £5/bed

  • Cleaning inside of fridges & freezers – freezers must be thoroughly defrosted prior to the date of cleaning.

  • Cleaning inside washing machine (from £10) or any other appliances

  • Cleaning inside Oven 

  • Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery

  • Windows cleaning inside and frames (inside) are included only for deep cleaning, end of tenancy or after building cleaning.

  • Conservatory windows and frames inside are not included on any cleaning services and will be charged at a separate rate.

  • Travel charges: more than 9 miles from our postcode - £20, from 9 to 15 miles - £30, from 15 to 30 miles - £45,from 30 to 40 miles - £60

Terms & Conditions:

By accepting this quotation and agreeing to a service provided by Magic Bee Cleaning the client agrees to accept Magic Bee Cleaning general terms and conditions as listed below:

  • The client will be charged by the job / house, not for the number of hours the cleaning team are in the property. 

  • Cleaning prices vary from job to job, depending on the size of property, condition, specific areas to be cleaned and travel time. ​

  • There is a higher charge for the first-time cleaning because the home has not had a professional cleaning in the recent past, multiple, extensive tasks are required or the home has not been cleaned for some time.

All quotes are inclusive of insurance, cleaning materials and equipment required for the job. 

Payment Policy:

The payment will normally be collected on the day of the clean, unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Our team members can collect payment on each visit.

 

For One-Off cleaning, Deep cleaning, End of Tenancy or Carpet Cleaning we accept only cash.

 

For regular cleaning payment is acceptable by cash or standing order but only on the same day with the cleaning. For bank transfer or payments by card there is a 3% extra charge from POS.

Cancellation of a service by the client:

 To allow us to provide service for our clients, we have to plan and allocate cleaning teams jobs up to two weeks in advance. Therefore, we require a minimum of two days’ notice for any cancellation. If we receive less than two days’ notice there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the cleaning fee for the cancelled clean.

Breakage/Accidents:

Magic Bee Cleaning carries full employee and employers liability insurance cover. In the event of any breakage/accident any claim being made must be  notified to Magic Bee Cleaning within 24 hours of the cleaning visit for it to be considered. Magic Bee Cleaning replaces breakages via arrangements with you. Receipts for replacement items will be required for our insurance company.  

Health & Safety:

Magic Bee Cleaning makes the health and safety of our cleaning teams a priority. We request therefore that you bear this in mind when they are in your home. We ask you to spend a few minutes tidying where necessary to enable the cleaners to spend all their time cleaning. Please inform us of any possible hazards in your home to minimise the risk of accident e.g. loose shelves, worktops, animals, previously broken items etc.

Regular cleaning is what most people do on a daily or weekly basis, and maintains a good level of cleanliness around the house:

  • Bathroom - cleaning toilets, bathtubs, sinks, and the vanities, 

  • Kitchen - wiping down work surfaces, cleaning the sink

  • All areas - empty bins, vacuum and mop all floors, dust all surfaces.

Deep cleaning  includes all from regular cleaning plus: ​scrub toilets, wipe bathroom cabinets (outside ), shower doors given extra attention, cleaning tiles, wipe appliances, clean skirting and corners, clean light switches and door knobs, dust/clean blinds, windows – clean inside and wipe down window frames, remove all cobwebs from ceilings, ceiling fan dusted (if accessible), hoovering under the bed and behind furniture. We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

End of tenancy cleaning is designed for people moving out. To get their deposit back, tenants are in need of reliable services and results. End of tenancy includes the Deep Clean plus the following: clean cabinets and drawers  inside and cupboards inside.
